 This assignment will entail going or virtually “going” to area restaurants by accessing a menus online and selecting meal plans—including beverage choices—to accommodate a proposed individual who has dietary restrictions, or who has a debilitating condition (due to cardiovascular disease or cancer) as he or she attempts to eat healthy while participating in social gatherings.
