[Solved] Second Nuclear Age

Which of the three regions that Bracken highlights in Part II of his book is, in your opinion, the most volatile when it comes to the dynamics of the second nuclear age?  Why this region as opposed to the other two?  What factors do you think are most important in shaping U.S. policy in this region?
