For this assignment, you should take a self-assessment Indigo test using this link (you also have another self-assessment test on Connect which can be used additionally but does NOT replace the Indigo test)

Once the test is taken, save the results and create an individual development plan as a small business manager based on the results of the test. – Please refer indigo report attached 

Please, make sure to cover the following subjects:

1. Write the overall conclusion you have made based on your test.

2. Explain how would you develop as a small business manager (in your explanation, make sure to use the results of the test – you can quote the test and/or use screenshots). This section should contain at least three goals for your development as a small business manager.

3. Write at least three to four further steps that will help you to obtain the results. Briefly explain each of the steps.

4. At the end of the paper (as an appendix), attach the screenshot of the title page from your test results (with your name and the date)

Additional requirements:

– Use at least two references (besides the test results) for your development plan. 

– At least five references to the test results are required – use the proper in-text citation for that.

– Make sure to fit your development plan into three pages excluding the title page, references page, and appendices.

Write a minimum of 450 words for each of the discussion questions below.

1。Explain how Monte Carlo simulation is used by enterprises in the real world. Provide a specific example from your own line of work, or a line of work that you find particularly interesting. Remember that any proper explanation of a Monte Carlo simulation would involve describing the probability distributions that have been utilized in that simulation.

2。Identify that parts or aspects of Monte Carlo simulation processes that you have found to be particularly challenging. Describe why you believe that they are challenging and provide remedies to simplify those aspects.

 As an under-represented minority, explain how you have made significant efforts toward raising awareness or played an active role in educating others about diversity and inclusion related matters impacting the pharmacy profession. How could your perspective and experiences help advance the pharmacy profession? Note: Please answer in 500 words or less. 

 Research: For the first writing unit, choose a job listed in the Occupational Outlook Handbook (www.bls.gov/ooh/) that you are interested in (day care teacher, radiologist, law enforcement officer, graphic artist, loan officer, paralegal, etc.) and research that job. If the OOH does not list the exact job you want, choose the one that most closely relates to the job you want. Read a variety of materials related to the job you select. Look for information on salary and benefits; advancement opportunities; job outlook; education, skills, or degree requirements; and/or job related responsibilities. Use books, journals, newspapers, and/or any reputable online sources. 

Portfolio: Prepare the following documents based on your research, class lectures and discussions, and corresponding chapters in your textbook: 

 Annotated Bibliography in MLA format listing four sources that provide information about different aspects of your job (salary, training, education, responsibilities, job outlook, etc.). After the citation, give a 3-5 sentence summary of the source followed by 1-2 sentences evaluating the source (ex: how can you tell the source is reliable?). 

 Fact Sheet about the job that is geared towards new college students considering going into this career. 

 Bar Chart comparing the average salary of your chosen career to that of 4 other careers. The bar chart should be accompanied by a paragraph that explains the data presented in the bar chart. 

Submission Requirements: Before you submit Portfolio #1 containing the three documents listed above, make sure you have 

 Followed all directions given in lectures and textbook models 

 Chosen an appropriate font type and size and, when appropriate, color 

 Considered the format and overall look of your documents as well as their content Grade 

Determination: Your Portfolio will be graded on content, format, overall presentation, and grammar and mechanics. General point values are as follows: 

 Annotated Bibliography 50 points 

 Fact Sheet 30 points 

 Bar Chart 20 points 

Other considerations, such as plagiarism or cheating, may result in a lower grade.
