[Solved] Delivery High Standard Satisfaction

[Solved] Delivery High Standard Satisfaction

A Restaurant have an interest in creating a new grading system for their customers with a new application. This is critical as the restaurant wants to delivery high standard satisfaction outcomes to improve and standardize the quality of the service they deliver and to have the possibility to partnership with other restaurants in the region. The new system ideally should assess fairly the waiters and waitresses, the cooks, and the suppliers. • Analyze the main clients and stakeholders (restaurants, customers, suppliers) and build a research method to assess the actual picture of satisfaction of all stockholders. This method will assess the new grading system as soon as the project is put into practice in the restaurant. • Identify and prepare the information to convince your boss that your project makes sense, and it is necessary to put into practice. You need to be convincing. • Create a project team: tell how you are going to create your team and how you will coordinate it. • Build up a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with all the tasks and their duration, resources needed and predecessors. • Establish a Project Timing and determine how long will be the project. • Assess on the risks of failure and use the FMEA methodology for their evaluation. • Determine a Balance Scorecard, including the most representative indicators and metrics to evaluate the progress of implementation. • Explain how important is the implementation of a Quality Management System to improve the efficiency of this business.

[Solved] Google Design Sprint Model

[Solved] Google Design Sprint Model

  • User experience is central to interaction design. Find and  examine a handheld device, such as a smartphone, tablet, remote control,  gaming console, smartwatch, etc. What are three relevant usability and  user experience goals you would use to evaluate the device, and what  question would you ask based on each goal to assess specific aspects of  the user experience? Why are these goals the best ones to apply to your  device?
  • Equally important to user experience in interaction design is the  design process. How do the four basic activities of interaction design  found in section 2.2.5 of Chapter 2 relate to either the Star model or  Google Design Sprint model? What are the advantages and disadvantages of  each model? Which do you prefer? Why?

Be sure to respond to at least one of your classmates’ posts.

[Solved] Different Ways Like Crews

[Solved] Different Ways Like Crews

What’s more frustrating to soldiers than Monday mornings getting back your 5988E and realizing that all the effort you put into your PMCS didn’t get updated onto the 5988E. As a result, you end up in the cycle of constantly attempting to get your faults updated to get PLL to order parts. At my unit, we have attempted to fix this by getting the unit to take personal ownership of assigned equipment. They did this a few different ways like crews naming the vehicle, painting names on the vehicles to boast ownership, and following up with PLL by ensuring that we report through the chain of command when our 5988E doesn’t reflect parts on order or fault status from the previous week. To aid in this we utilize our mechanic and have them verify and fix any faults that we have parts on hand for. (AR 750-1 2019) This has slowly been fixing our 5988E by ensuring that the faults have the national stock number verified by a mechanic before turning it back in. It’s a slow process that we have been trying to fix but we have been moving in the right direction. With parts coming in regularly we assist our maintenance team in hanging parts and bringing our fleet back to full mission capability.

[Solved] Fighter Jets Never Came

[Solved] Fighter Jets Never Came

Question 2: Libya recently announced that it is claiming a 200-mile zone off its coast as its territorial waters (and airspace). To stake its claim, Libya placed armed warships across the 200 mile line and warned the world that this line constitutes a “line of death” to anyone who might cross it. Customary International Law establishes that States may only claim 12 miles off their coast as territorial waters. Immediately, the Security Council adopts a resolution condemning Libya’s actions as “violating international law and constituting a threat to the peace.” The Resolution, however, stated nothing about using force against Libya. The United States, pursuant to Congressional authorization, sends armed warships and three fighter jets to patrol the 200 mile zone. The U.S. warships and Fighter Jets never came closer than 30 miles to the Libyan coast. After a Libyan ship fired at one of the fighter jets, the U.S. warships and fighter jets returned fire, destroying two Libyan ships. Did the U.S.’s actions violate the U.N. Charter? Even if the U.S. did not violate the Charter, should the United States care whether its actions violated the U.N. Charter? (At least 300 words).
