   Mr. Scott would like you to research the MITRE databases.  MITRE hosts three databases that you can use as a security professional to help research vulnerabilities, Attack Patterns, and Common Weaknesses in software and hardware. To test this theory, use either a newspaper or the Internet to select ONE company traded on the NYSE and then do the following:   Record the daily closing stock price for this company for six consecutive weeks  (so that you have 30 values).   Calculate the daily changes in the closing stock price of this company for six consecutive weeks (so that you have 30 values for the company).   For your data set, decide whether the data are approximately normally distributed by:  a) Constructing the stem-and-leaf display, histogram or polygon, and boxplot. b) Comparing data characteristics to theoretical properties. c) Constructing a standard probability plot. d) Discuss the results of (a) through (c). What can you say about your three daily stocks concerning daily closing prices and changes in closing prices? Which, if any, of the data sets are approximately normally distributed?

Memory, Emotion, Attention, and Practice

Overview: Leadership is expressed differently in various fields, however, there are common elements that exist. As we explore the concept of high performance the concept of leadership is directly related. There are 4 elements that can impact a leader, and reviewing how they play a role in the performance of a team is vital to engaging in a successful manner. 

Assignment: Complete a paper addressing the role of Memory, Emotion, Attention, and Practice in Leadership. Each one of these has a unique impact on the department, team, and organizational culture. Take time to explain each one and their impact on leadership, and define how in combination all 4 can impact the performance of the organization.

Your paper should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards. Please include citations to support your ideas.
