[Solved] Research Involves Generating New

[Solved] Research Involves Generating New

Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) is a problem-solving approach to clinical practice that incorporates the best evidence from studies and translates this evidence into application to provide the most effective care to patients. Research involves generating new knowledge or confirming existing knowledge based on a theory or belief. While the two share a few similarities, they are different in a number of ways. Discuss the differences between the two, to include comparing the steps in each process, and provide solid examples of how you, as a health care manager, would utilize each.

Chapter : Hinduism

NO OUTSIDE SOURCES

ONLY CLASS NOTES AND BOOK

BOOK Name: World Religions: eastern traditions, 5th edAmore,

As Unit 2: Hinduism comes to close, I’m curious on your “hot takes” about this religion.  To successfully complete this discussion as part of your participation grade, your submission must be 4 sentences or more and put into your own words (that is, not copied and pasted from the internet).  You must submit your own thread first before you can read what others have written.  I encourage you to read and reply to others!

Please select ONE of the following options for your discussion contribution:

Option 1:  What do you think is the one thing that is most important to Hinduism?  Is it scripture? Ritual?  Belief in reincarnation? Something else?  You can only pick one thing, and you need to give at least 2 reasons for your selection.

Option 2:  Which path to liberation–jnana, karma, or bhakti–do you find the most compelling and why?

Option 3: What is the significance of the Goddess to Hinduism?  How is she understood in relation to women who practice Hinduism (if we can say there is any connection at all?)

[Solved] 2008 Raises Vital

[Solved] 2008 Raises Vital

A poem by T.S. Eliot (1943) says, “We had the experience but missed the meaning.” As your experience in this course comes to a close, I don’t want you to miss the meaning of the materials you have read, papers you have written, and discussions we have had throughout the session. They are more than a series of assignments and grades—the end result should be an improvement in your higher-order thinking and your ability to make connections between thoughts and ideas. You can achieve that through reflection, the art of taking charge of your own mind.

Reflection is a mental process that challenges you to use critical thinking to examine the course information, analyze it carefully, make connections with previous knowledge and experience, and draw conclusions based on the resulting ideas. A well-cultivated critical thinker (Paul & Elder, 2008):

  • raises vital questions and problems, formulating them clearly and precisely;
  • gathers and assesses relevant information, using abstract ideas to interpret it effectively; comes to well-reasoned conclusions and solutions, testing them against relevant criteria and standards;
  • thinks open-mindedly within alternative systems of thought, recognizing and assessing, as need be, their assumptions, implications, and practical consequences; and
  • communicates effectively with others in figuring out solutions to complex problems.

For this discussion, take some time to reflect upon two concepts that you learned in this course. What are the concepts? What insight or ideas did you gain from learning each of these concepts? Were there aspects of the concepts that you would challenge? What is the importance of these concepts to public health? How will you use this new wisdom in your current or future career?

In order to earn maximum credit, the comment should be more than your opinion, and more than a quick “off the top of your head” response. Be sure to support your statements, cite sources properly, cite within the text of your comments, and list your reference(s). The response must be a minimum of 500 words.

[Solved] 5 – 6 Page

[Solved] 5 – 6 Page

A Major Hotel BrandOverview

In today’s lodging industry, there is a wide range of great hotel and motel brands that work tirelessly to deliver their products and services to the customer segments they serve.

For this assignment, you are going to choose one major hotel or motel brand (global brand, regional brand, or boutique brand) and conduct an in-depth research study. This could be a brand you currently work for, a brand you want to work for one day, or a brand you are interested in learning more about.

Instructions

Write a 5–6 page paper in which you:

  • Provide a brief overview of the brand including:
    • Overview of its parent company (if applicable).
    • Age of the brand and a brief history.
    • Number of properties.
    • Average number of rooms per property.
    • Overview of the brand hallmarks.
    • Overview of the guest loyalty program.
    • Most recent hotel brand performance metrics (that is, annual ADR, Occ %, RevPAR, and competitive market metrics).
  • Determine the brand’s organizational restructure for its properties, the role and responsibilities for each position, and whether this is the optimal structure for the brand.
  • Analyze the portfolio of hotel brands and the different levels of services that the parent company offers and determine whether this is the optimal level of brands and services provided. Explain your rationale.
  • Analyze the marketing and customer rewards system used by this brand and determine if this is the optimal marketing system to allow for repeat customer reservations and brand loyalty. Explain your rationale. Use at least three references from the internet.

[Solved] Engage Workshop Summary Forum

Engage Workshop Summary Forum

Engage Week will replace the Week 4 class meetings in graduate and doctoral courses.

Students will be assigned an Engage Week workshop based on the course in which they are enrolled. In these workshops, students will be provided new and exciting opportunities to:

  • Collaborate across courses within their program

  • Gain exposure to new resources in their industry

  • Refine key skills in areas relevant to their program

In place of the Live Session, students will earn both Attendance and Participation credit by submitting a summary in the ENGAGE Workshop Forum. The summary should be at least 250 words in length and makes a connection between the workshop and the course content.

To receive credit for attendance and VCS/Participation, post your Engage Workshop Summary response by Sunday at 11:59 p.m.

Note: We recommend using a word processor such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or any other software when working on your discussion answer. After it has been completed – copy and paste your work into the forum.

[Solved] Week 4 Participation/VCS Submission

An online student who does not participate in the Virtual Class Session (VCS) can earn attendance and participation points for the lecture only by watching the VCS recording and submitting a summary of the VCS class recording by the assigned deadline.  Online Student VCS Instructions

Onsite students who have obtained faculty permission can view the VCS recording and write the required summary to obtain participation credit only, not attendance credit, by following the Onsite Student VCS Recording directions.

VCS summaries need to be submitted before the next live class session. For example, if your class meets on Thursday evenings at 6 pm, your prior week’s class summary must be submitted by 5:59 pm.

[Solved] Food Resilience Plan for Arzaville

Your initial discussion thread is due on Day 3 (Thursday) and you have until Day 7 (Monday) to respond to your classmates. Your grade will reflect both the quality of your initial post and the depth of your responses. Refer to the Discussion Forum Grading Rubric under the Settings icon above for guidance on how your discussion will be evaluated.

Food Resilience Plan for Arzaville [WLO: 2] [CLOs: 2, 3]

Prior to beginning work on this discussion forum, read Chapter 4 in your course textbook.

Imagine that you are a resident of Arzaville, a community whose characteristics are described below. You have come together with your neighbors for a special meeting to devise a management plan for helping the community become more resilient and sustainable in terms of its food production by 2050. A community that is resilient is able to recover quickly from events like drought or storms. By increasing its own food production, Arzaville can also reduce its food miles—the distance that imported food must travel. By making its food production more sustainable, Arzaville can help ensure that its residents’ food needs are supplied for generations to come, without placing undue harm on the local environment in the process.

Fortunately, you have all attended the meeting with the knowledge that you have gained from your readings in this course. Now it is time to put your thinking cap on and get to work! Your ideas should consist of one or more of the following elements (some suggestions may apply to both categories):

  • Food resiliency measures (e.g., building vertical farms in the city center to ensure that urban residents can have access to fresh, organically grown produce).
  • Food sustainability measures (e.g., phasing out use of organic pesticides in favor of companion planting and other organic methods).

This week’s discussion will take place in an online app called Tricider. There, you will be able to post your ideas for plan components and also share pros and cons of different proposals during the week. Finally, you will be able to vote on the three components that you think the plan should include.

For directions on how to use the Tricider app, please review the Tricider Help Guide Download Tricider Help Guide. In Tricider, you will be expected to do the following:

  • Post at least two separate and entirely original ideas. Do not duplicate ideas already posted by your peers.
    •  Include your full name for each one.
  • Post at least six different pros and six different cons for your classmates’ proposed ideas (12 in all).
  • Vote on what you feel are the top three ideas in the list.
    • Do not vote before Friday, so that you can vote from the full collection of student ideas.

You must complete the three tasks above to receive full credit for this discussion.

Please note: You are welcome to post questions and comments to this board for your instructor; however, this discussion board does not have any posting requirements of its own, and no additional credit will be given for posts made here.

In this discussion area, your instructor will post the following:

  • The Arzaville description you will be using for this activity.
  • The link you will be using to access Tricider for this activity.

[Solved] Phase 3 – Project

[Solved] Phase 3 – Project

Phase 3 – Project Design

This chapter will provide the full details for the proposed project solution. This is really the ‘meat’ of your project. Details for this section will include all information needed to make the solution work. For example, if you are writing a program or designing a set of web pages, this section will include brief detailed descriptions, mock-ups, or functioning code. This chapter will also include full written descriptions regarding the functionality of your solution. For example, if you are designing a network solution, it will include diagrams for network connectivity. If you are writing a security solution, it will include written details about the security equipment, software, tools, or other methods that need to be implemented. It should also include any required budget information to help business leaders plan. This section should be between 7-10 pages in length. You are welcome to add this chapter to your ongoing assignments so that you continue to build your full project paper.
