You will be required to prepare a research paper on Tesla, Inc. The paper should include the theories or concepts discussed in the course. For example, you may relate theories discussed in class which either confirm or contradict or expand upon the material you find in the public domain. Another example, you may relate the financial statements and MD&A to theories which either confirm or contradict or expand upon the material you learned in the class.

The total length of the paper should not exceed 4 pages double-spaced, minimum 11-point font.

Grading will be based on the following criteria:

• Identification of relevant theories (Note 2)

• Understanding of theory

• Appropriate application of theory to the company (Note 2)

• Conclusions

• Use of relevant theories from throughout the course (See Note 1 below for details)

Note 1 – there is no set amount of theories that you need to include in your paper; however, you are required at a minimum to apply at least one theory from the material covered (Chapters 1 – 5), and at least one theory from the material covered (Chapters 6 – 11). You may also apply theories from Chapters 12 and 13; however, we will not cover these chapters in our lectures.

Note 2 – Chapters 1 to 5 and 6 to 11 slides will be provided!

The entity selected is Tesla, Inc. for this research report:

Materials to use: you may use any information on the entity that is in the public domain, your textbook, or your notes from class. Hint: check out the company’s Investor Relations section of the company’s website Tesla Investor Relations. There are also detailed attached instructions in Word doc for the paper and chapters provided as well!

[Solved] 2Criminal Justice Professional Interview

[Solved] 2Criminal Justice Professional Interview

Discussion #1

Movies as real life do at least 150-250 word. Of course these are all exaggerated examples in classic pop culture. Most of these A-Ha/Gotcha moments do not happen in trials-mostly due to the Rules of Evidence. I just wanted to show y’all some fun examples of witness testimony. The movies were Legally Blonde, A Few Good Men, My Cousin Vinny, and Bee Movie. What was your favorite clip and do you have any other examples from your favorite show or movie? After seeing the Hollywood versions of these, do you think it’s a good idea to have the rules of evidence in place? Is there a better way?

Discussion #2

Criminal Justice Professional interview

create eight (8) questions about issues covered in the course with which to interview the professional.

Example: Do you consider yourself a manager or a leader?, What is your management style?, What are your department’s policies on moonlighting, residency, media, etc.?

Your rewrite should be at least 2-3 pages. Please also include a 1-2 page rationale/justification for why you changed the ending the way you did (including a quote from one of the texts you included in your bibliography–and properly cite it). Remember that you will be primarily graded on how feasible your ending is (given the themes and what has been set up in the original text, does your rewrite seem appropriate?) and how detailed it is (how closely you stick to the point of view of the original, your setting up of a character changing in ways they hadn’t in the original text, etc.). the poem I was assigned was raisin in the sun. my assignment was to speak on how Walter could and should have made a better choice with the money there family received.

W4 Journal

Bi-weekly Practicum Journaling

Every two weeks, you will submit a reflective journal to the discussion forum for review by course faculty and your classmates. All are expected to engage and support one another by sharing these experiences in a supportive, constructive, professional environment. Journaling is an active learning technique that is meant to enhance reflective practice (Blake, 2005). Reflective practice involves looking back over what has happened in the practice setting in an effort to improve performance or to encourage professional growth (Ruth-Sahd, 2003).

Your Weekly Practicum Journal is:

  • A personal, introspective subjective account of your practicum experience and how your practicum experience relates to Healthy People 2020 and course objectives. Include events that occurred in your practicum experience, and be sure to describe your thoughts and feelings about those events.  How did your perceptions change? What did you learn that was unexpected? Describe your thinking about your thoughts and feelings regarding the new learning you experienced.
  • Connected to College of Nursing Conceptual Framework Pillars (Caring, Communication, Critical Thinking, Professionalism, and Holism)
  • Connected to prior coursework and experiences through reflective analysis.
  • Written in a scholarly, academic style using APA style format. Two or three sentences are not sufficient nor are daily logs/reports of activities.

[Solved] Five Possible Differential Reinforcement

[Solved] Five Possible Differential Reinforcement

Goals and fundamental principles of applied behavior analysis

For this assignment, you will provide a long answer essay response to each of the questions below. For each question, you are encouraged to use the peer-reviewed resources provided throughout the units to support your responses. Please do not copy and paste the whole question into the document. Rather, provide the question number (1-4) and a brief heading that correlates with each section of the grading rubric. (Example: 1. Applied Perspectives)

  1. Using Figure 1.3 (Improving people’s quality of life from A to Z) in Chapter 1 of Cooper et al. (2020) choose three different areas of practice where applied behavior analysis might be an appropriate and effective approach to improving quality of life in real world settings. For each area chosen, create a brief hypothetical scenario that illustrates a behavior change that would improve quality of life for an individual in a real world setting. For each scenario, use your course resources and readings to develop at least five supporting points that justify your assertion that the scenario represents applying the understanding of the science of human behavior to understand and improve socially significant behaviors in real-world settings.
  2. Read the attached scenario: Cindy and the Magician and complete the following:

Using Behavior Analytic Vocabulary, explain the various characteristics of Respondent Conditioning, identifying specific relationships between stimuli and responses and discussing how the elements of time and environment contribute to an organism’s respondent behavior. Next, explain the process used to reverse an established reflexive stimulus-response relationship. Finally, analyze the scenario and discuss each of the elements of Respondent conditioning that you identify.

  1. Using course readings and resources for support, describe and define how the operant conditioning paradigm can influence an organism’s behavior. Be sure to reference and describe stimulus response relations and the antecedent-behavior – consequence (three term) contingency. Next, create a hypothetical example that describes a behavioral excess for decrease or a behavioral deficit for increase. In your example, first identify how the behavior may be modified by changing antecedent stimuli. Then, describe how the behavior may be modified by changing consequences.
  2. Using Behavior Analytic Vocabulary, explain how Operant Conditioning differs from Respondent Conditioning. Then, explain how different schedules of reinforcement can influence a behavior, with one example for each schedule. Next, choose an example of a behavior and show how each of the five possible differential reinforcement procedures would affect that behavior of an organism. Be sure to discriminate between ‘schedules of reinforcement’ and ‘differential reinforcement.’

[Solved] File Labeled Week 7

[Solved] File Labeled Week 7

For individuals with disorders such as schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, the development of mental disorder seldom occurs with a singular, defining symptom. Rather, many who experience such disorders show a range of unique symptoms. This range of symptoms may impede an individual’s ability to function in daily life. As a result, clinicians address a patient’s ability or inability to function in life.

This week, you explore psychotic disorders, including schizophrenia. You also explore medication-induced movement disorders and formulate a diagnosis for a patient in a case study.

Psychotic disorders and schizophrenia are some of the most complicated and challenging diagnoses in the DSM. The symptoms of psychotic disorders may appear quite vivid in some patients; with others, symptoms may be barely observable. Additionally, symptoms may overlap among disorders. For example, specific symptoms, such as neurocognitive impairments, social problems, and illusions may exist in patients with schizophrenia but are also contributing symptoms for other psychotic disorders.

For this Assignment, you will analyze a case study related to schizophrenia, another psychotic disorder, or a medication-induced movement disorder.

Complete and submit your Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation, including your differential diagnosis and critical-thinking process to formulate primary diagnosis.

Incorporate the following into your responses in the template:

  • Subjective: What details did the patient provide regarding their chief complaint and symptomology to derive your differential diagnosis? What is the duration and severity of their symptoms? How are their symptoms impacting their functioning in life?
  • Objective: What observations did you make during the psychiatric assessment?
  • Assessment: Discuss the patient’s mental status examination results. What were your (3) differential diagnoses? Provide a minimum of three possible diagnoses with supporting evidence, listed in order from highest priority to lowest priority. Compare the DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria for each differential diagnosis and explain what DSM-5-TR criteria rules out the differential diagnosis to find an accurate diagnosis. Explain the critical-thinking process that led you to the primary diagnosis you selected. Include pertinent positives and pertinent negatives for the specific patient case.
  • Reflection notes: What would you do differently with this client if you could conduct the session over? Also include in your reflection a discussion related to legal/ethical considerations (demonstrate critical thinking beyond confidentiality and consent for treatment!), health promotion and disease prevention taking into consideration patient factors (such as age, ethnic group, etc.), PMH, and other risk factors (e.g., socioeconomic, cultural background, etc.)
