Đôi khi, vẫn có những trường hợp nhầm thư viện bài giảng với thư viện giáo án. Vậy giữa chúng có điểm gì giống và khác nhau? Cùng mình tìm hiểu cách phân biệt nhé!

Những điểm giống nhau của thư viện bài giảng và thư viện giáo án 

Thư viện bài giảng và thư viện giáo án đều là tập hợp của những bài giảng hay những giáo án khác nhau. Điểm chung là cả giáo án điện tử và bài giảng điện tử đều được soạn thảo, thiết kế trên máy tính. Cả hai đều ứng dụng các công cụ hỗ trợ, phần mềm để biểu thị nội dung. Cả giáo án và bài giảng đều được làm trước khi giáo viên lên lớp. Và giáo viên có thể lưu dưới dạng file để di chuyển thuận tiện,

Với những ai ít tiếp xúc với những công cụ hỗ trợ dạy và học thì rất có khả năng sẽ nhầm lẫn thư viện bài giảng với thư viện giáo án.

Những điểm khác nhau để phân biệt thư viện bài giảng và thư viện giáo án

Tuy dễ nhầm lẫn là vậy nhưng vẫn có những cách để phân biệt thư viện bài giảng và thư viện giáo án dễ hiểu nhất.

Khác nhau về bản chất 

Giáo án là bản kế hoạch dạy học. Bài giảng là những nội dung, kiến thức mà giáo viên muốn truyền tải và được tái hiện lại dưới nhiều hình thức. Vì vậy, thư viện giáo án là tập hợp các bản kế hoạch dạy học của giáo viên. Còn thư viện bài giảng là tập hợp các bài giảng gồm nhiều môn học khác nhau.

Đối tượng xem 

Giáo viên sẽ không trình chiếu thư viện giáo án cho học sinh mà chỉ giáo viên mới là người được xem. Ngược lại, thư viện bài giảng là những kiến thức được thể hiện dưới nhiều dạng, nhiều bài giảng khác nhau mà giáo viên sẽ chia sẻ với học sinh. Học sinh cũng có thể lưu về và dễ dàng xem lại.

Khác nhau về công cụ hỗ trợ 

Thứ ba, công cụ hỗ trợ để tạo nên một thư viện bài giảng đa dạng hơn thư viện giáo án. Vì giáo án không cần thu hút học sinh, chỉ cần đầy đủ nội dung, trình bày khoa học là đủ. Còn bài giảng thì cần đầu tư công phu hơn, thêm các hiệu ứng,… để tăng thu hút với học sinh, khiến học sinh cảm thấy việc học thú vị hơn.

Nếu thư viện bài giảng sử dụng các công cụ như Slideshow, Edulive, Canva, Poweroint,… thì thư viện giáo án chỉ dừng lại ở các công cụ cơ bản như word, Documents,…

Thời gian làm 

Thư viện giáo án cần làm trước một thời gian dài, thậm chí là đầu kỳ đã phải có giáo án cho cả kỳ. Ngay từ đầu, giáo viên đã phải vẽ ra kế hoạch cho cả kỳ, cả năm của mình. Thư viện bài giảng thì lại khác. Giáo viên chỉ cần làm trước khi lên lớp. Có thể làm trước vài bài hay nhiều bài nhưng sẽ không cần thiết phải làm trước cả kỳ, cả năm như giáo án. Và giáo viên không nên làm hết thư viện bài giảng một lúc vào đầu kỳ. Chỉ làm trước một vài bài, sau đó dựa vào học sinh của mình để thiết kế bài giảng cho phù hợp.

Hey Bob, We talked a couple weeks back at the chamber of commerce event. (I was the one looking for a summer internship and had a zit on my lip that could have passed for a cold soar. Lol. Whew. It was not. You’re probably like, “uh.. What?” Maybe that helps you recall, maybe not. Not completely important, I suppose.

I’d really like to come work for you at your IT business. You seemed like a cool person to work for, I liked ur striped pants. I’m available to start working on Monday, but I am taking my driver’s test in June and have to study and go an hour and half away to take it at an easier place cause I’m not a great driver so I’ll miss a few days. I am also going to the beach with friends for a week in July. Oh, and my grandmother has bad gas (OMG IT’S TERRIBLE) and sometimes I have to take her to the doctor.

Students will read the two (2) Steve Keating articles below and then watch the video from Simon Sinek regarding leadership, management and empathy. After completing these instructions, students will complete the following:

1. Based on the two articles, students are to write a one-page reflection on their thoughts regarding the difference between being a “Manager” and being a “Leader”. Please also include your own experience with these two types of supervisors.
