If a manufacturer’s advertising results in deception and a breach of an expressed warranty or implied warrant, legal action can also result. Research and summarize one (1) type of lawsuit. Students should analyze the required reading, lecture material (lecture and/or film) and multiple primary sources in a cohesive manner. Make sure you cite the sources you analyze with parenthetical citations and a brief bibliography at the end of the assignment (MLA is preferred).
