[Solved] Investigated Overall Job Satisfaction

[Solved] Investigated Overall Job Satisfaction

  • Suppose you are an HR professional who convinced your company’s management to conduct a survey of employee satisfaction. Your budget was limited, and you could not afford a test that went into great detail. Rather, you investigated overall job satisfaction and learned that it is low, especially among employees in three departments. You know that management is concerned about spending a lot for HR programs because sales are in a slump, but you want to address the issue of low job satisfaction.
    • Suggest some steps you can take to improve job satisfaction in the workplace with a limited budget.
    • Explain how you will convince management that your ideas will improve the bottom line.

[Solved] Layersof Relationships Often Produce

[Solved] Layersof Relationships Often Produce

  • Question is attached below
  • Provide me with plagiarism report
  • Cite all the source you usedProject DescriptionEconomic processes produce outputs through involving many people, and groups of people (someof them active agents in the process, and some of them external to it). The complexity and layersof relationships often produce ‘goods’ and ‘bads’ simultaneously. In this project, you’ll look at aneconomic process of your choosing, and focus on at least one ‘bad’ involved in that process, defined as something undesirable. You’ll then imagine how to overcome that bad.You will write a 7-10 page paper (double spaced, 12 point font, standard margins),or produce a 15minute multimedia presentation, which first evaluates the economic and social aspects of ‘bad’involved, and then proposes a new way of organizing that process which reduces or mitigates the‘bad’. Below are some questions that you may use as a guide while you work on this project:1) The current economic and social aspects of “the bad”i) What is the output being produced?ii) What are the agents involved in producing this output? What is their context?iii) Who wins? Who loses? Who decides?iv) What is the source of conflict?v) What variables affect positions of various parties?2) Your idea for building “the new”i) Propose a transformative yet achievable idea for transforming the conditions ofproduction. This idea could take the form of public policy, local organizations, non-profits, entrepreneurial innovations, etc…ii) Who would benefit? Who (if anyone) would lose?iii) What difficulties might this proposal face?iv) What kinds of new alliances and relationships might be formed. For now, in this assignment, I will ask that you narrow down the issue to a specific context andcommunity when choosing a topic. For instance, you shouldn’t try to provide solutions for theworking class’ conditions under Capitalism. A more achievable question would be: How toimprove the working conditions of warehouse workers in Amazon? You can choose whatevertopic you’d like, but here are some ideas to look at:1. Child labor in coal and mica mining in Jharkhand (or a country/region of your choice)2. Unpaid care for older people in Canada (or a country/region of your choice)3. Healthcare access in Mexico (or a country/region of your choice)4. Mining and access to water for indigenous communities in Ecuador (or a country/region ofyour choice)5. Debt and Agriculture: Farmers’ suicides in India6. Imprisoned labor in the United States7. Emigration and exploitation of Filipina domestic workers (or workers from acountry/region of your choice)Finding our ideas for building the new

[Solved] Length Use Mla Format

Please choose one topic to write for your discussion response.

Topic 1

We have now shifted into the period when chivalry plays an important role in a character’s heroism. Compare and contrast Gawain as a hero with another hero we have met this semester. Which one of your two heroes is your favorite? Be sure to thoroughly develop your ideas.

Topic 2

Discuss the difference between heroism and monstrosity in Gawain and the Green Knight. How do different episodes within the poem define these terms, and how do they designate certain characteristics as heroic or monstrous?

Topic 3

As we move through the literature of the Middle Ages, we begin to see an increasing amount of female characters. What do you think about the representation of women in Gawain and the Green Knight? Has their reputation changed? For the better or the worse? Use specifics from the text to support your answer.

Guidelines

  • Your initial response should be at least 500 words in length
  • Use MLA format for any quotations or citations that you use to support your answer
  • Your initial response is due by Friday at 11:59 p.m. ET

[Solved] Apa Powerpoint Guidelines Also

[Solved] Apa Powerpoint Guidelines Also

 PowerPoint presentation.

Topic is United States Unemployment from the Pandemic in 2020 until now in 2023.

Your presentation must be about economics and be original (ie. not just material verbatim that you have pulled from your text/readings or off the internet). Of course, you can still insert charts, graphs, videos, graphics, and excerpts from outside sources (as long as you cite those sources!) I want to see your commentary and analysis, in your own words.

Although the format is a PowerPoint, I want to emphasize that this is not like your typical PowerPoint, which is basically an outline for a live presentation. Your project must be substantially loaded with content. You can do this either on the slides themselves, or you can add voice-over to simulate a live presentation.

The first slide should be your Introduction slide

the next 13 slides should be informational slides,

the last slide should be the reference slide.

Refer to this link for APA PowerPoint guidelines also see attached criteria.

[Solved] Built Around Cpu Engineering

[Solved] Built Around Cpu Engineering

You are required to produce a comprehensive Strategic Plan for your selected company or organization. There are 7 sections required for the “Strategic Plan” (due in week #8) as follows.

  1. Strategy (CO F)
  2. Core Competencies (CO C)
  3. Industry Dynamics (CO A)
  4. Technology Sourcing and Internal Innovation (CO D)
  5. Product Development Strategy (CO E)
  6. Strategy to protect innovations (CO B)
  7. A bibliography listing your references for the project

The expectation is that you will follow the APA format to produce your Course Project, and each section will be 2 – 3 pages long. Reference below detailed specifications and directions to complete each section. Note, each section is linked to specific course objectives as noted below.

Section 1 – Strategy

CO F – Identify and suggest a deployment strategy that will facilitate the success of a technologically driven organization.

This is the most important part of the project because it sets the direction for all other sections. In this section, you establish the strategy for an organization.

Often people refer to this component as the “Vision” or “Mission” of a company, but it is not. The Vision for a company could be that you want to be a market leader. However, the technology strategy tells everyone how you will achieve that market leadership. The technology strategy tells the various stakeholders – employees, customers, community, and stockholders – what you are going to do to achieve that market leadership. This strategy should be very clear and easy to understand so that everyone will be “on the same page” when it comes to working together toward that goal.

In this section, you should describe what “SHOULD” be the strategy of a technologically driven company. You should focus specifically on the technology strategy. You should think about all the things we learned in the class that will determine a strategy that will help the company succeed.

Remember that you would use an existing company. If you choose to use an existing company, you can visit their web site to see if their strategy is listed. Or you can do a web search on their technology strategy to see if anyone has written any stories about their strategy. For a fictitious company, you should make up a technology strategy that fits that type of company.

Examples of a Technology Strategy:

  • Verizon Wireless – Have the best network of all wireless carriers
  • Honda – Build the best engines
  • Keller – Deploy the best Internet-based online and blended education technology, not build it, not own it, but use a 3rd party to provide it
  • Intel – Have the fastest and most powerful CPUs

The key is to be able to describe the strategy in a 1 or 2 sentence summary and in detail as well. The description should start or end with the simple sentence statement of the technology strategy. However, there must be sufficient detail to explain why that is the right strategy.

Section 2 – Core Competencies

CO C – Identify the core technological competencies of the organization.

Like all subsequent sections of the project, this section is based on the Strategy Section.

Example:

  • Verizon Wireless Strategy is the having the best Network. Thus, the core competencies will be built around the network. Things like RF Engineers and wireless security experts would be detailed
  • Intel’s strategy is to build the fastest most powerful CPUs. Thus their core competencies will be built around CPU engineering
  • Keller’s strategy is to deploy the best online education technology. Thus their core competencies would be things like educational technology evaluation and online education curriculum development

The best way to do this section is to apply the three tests of a core competency (reference textbook) to the strategy that you detailed in the Strategy Section.

Section 3 Industry Dynamics

CO A – Describe the industry dynamics of technological innovation.

Here you should take the strategy identified in Section 1 and describe in detail why that is the right strategy based on what is occurring in the industry. Provide as much detail as possible as to the industry trends and why you think those trends are important.

Section 4 – Technology Sourcing and Internal Innovation

CO D – Develop a plan to increase the innovative capabilities of an organization both through collaboration strategies and internal innovation.

Here you would offer ideas as to what is the best way to “Source” the technology that supports the strategy. A complete discussion about how best to manage the innovative capabilities of the company being described is required.

Section 5 – Product Development Strategy

CO E – Formulate a technological innovation strategy through an organization’s new product development strategy.

Product Development is very important to an organization. This section will describe how the company will structure its product development. Obviously, the kind of structure will be determined directly by the technology strategy stated in Section 1.

Section 6 Strategy to protect innovations

CO B – Determine whether and how to protect an organization’s technological innovations.

Using the things learned in the class, describe how you would use patents, trade secrets, copyrights, etc. to protect the Intellectual Property (IP) required to support the strategy.

Section 7 Bibliography

A bibliography listing your references for the project. The expectation is that you will use the APA to produce the Bibliography for format.

Finally, submit your assignment.

[Solved] Welfarecase Analysis Structure Overview1

[Solved] Welfarecase Analysis Structure Overview1

Overview and Instructions

ALSO Be sure to read the Case Analysis Structure Overview below.

In this case analysis you have five tasks:

1.     Give a clear and concise explanation of the case at hand.

2.     Give a thorough, philosophical exegesis of the relevant aspects of Walzer’s and Murray’s arguments. (Click here for some tips on how to do a successful exegesis.)

3.     Present an argument applying the relevant philosophers to the case at hand. This should include an argument justifying who each philosopher would give the welfare to and why.

4.     Present an argument explaining why one of the philosophers can be viewed as offering a more successful solution to the case at hand.

5.     In no more than one paragraph, explain what solution you would propose for Rebecca and Jimmy.

Case

Consider Rebecca, a single mother of 4 who has been a long-term welfare recipient.  Rebecca is a weekend meth user who often spends her money on meth.  However, without her welfare money, her children would not have any food or medical treatment and would most likely be placed in foster homes where their lives could go worse than they currently are. Rebecca’s yearly welfare application is due.

Now consider Jimmy, a veteran of both Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom.  During the battle, Jimmy was wounded and now suffers from some moderate physical disability and post-traumatic stress.  Sadly, although Jimmy tried to find a job, there weren’t many systems in place to help him re-integrate or work through his issues.  Each day Jimmy begs for money at his local off-ramp.  Through no fault of his own, Jimmy has fallen through the proverbial cracks. Jimmy applies for welfare.

Options

You are the welfare overseer.  At most one person can get welfare. You can make ONE of the following three decisions:

1.     Give the welfare only to Rebecca

2.     Give the welfare only Jimmy

3.     Don’t give any welfare

Case Analysis Structure Overview

1.     Explain the case at hand back in your own words.

o   This should be no more than one paragraph.  It’s just a quick summary so I know how you’re understanding the case.

2.     Explain the theories of the two philosophers that are assigned in that particular week.

o   This should be where you show that you understand the arguments of the philosophers that are covered in a particular topic.  So if you’re writing on the Welfare Case Analysis, you’d explain the arguments of Walzer and Murray.

o   This should be completely neutral — just a succinct presentation of the arguments that isn’t influenced by or that mentions the case.

o   This should be at least two paragraphs, and probably more like four.

3.     Present an argument applying the philosophers’s arguments to the case at hand.

o   Here you should take the work you did in task two and apply that to the story.  So if you were writing on Welfare, you might say that Walzer’s theory would give the aide to person X because of reason Y and then justify that.  You’d then do the same with Murray.

o   This should be at least two paragraphs, and could easily be four.

4.     Present an argument explaining why one philosopher has a better solution to the case at hand.

o   Do to this you need to explain what you think a successful solution to the case would demonstrate and then show hoe one of the philosophers does this better than the other.

o   This should be two paragraphs.

5.     Explain what you would do and why.

o   This should be exactly one paragraph.

[Solved] Graphic Using Updated Data

[Solved] Graphic Using Updated Data

Select any example visualization or infographic and imagine the contextual factors have changed:

  1. If the selected project was a static work, what ideas do you have for potentially making it usefully interactive? How might you approach the design if it had to work on both mobile/tablet and desktop?
  2. If the selected project was an interactive work, what ideas do you have for potentially deploying the same project as a static work? What compromises might you have to make in terms of the interactive features that wouldn’t now be viable?
  3. What about the various annotations that could be used? Thoroughly explain all of the annotations, color, composition, and other various components to the visualization.
  4. What other data considerations should be considered and why?
  5. Update the graphic using updated data, in the tool of your choice (that we’ve used in the course), and explain the differences.

Be sure to show the graphic (before and after updates) and then answer the questions fully above.  This assignment should take into consideration all the Analysis and Visualization data – Course concepts in the book.  Be very thorough in your response.  The paper should be at least three pages in length and contain at least two-peer reviewed sources.
