The proportion of the workforce over the age of 55 has increased substantially over the past 10-15 years.  Please answer one of the following  prompts:

(1). Describe why more adults are working to a later age. That is, what are some of the reasons why older adults are able to work later in life and/or why adults might need to work past their retirement age? What are some things that have happened in our society to drive this change?

(2) Debate the pros and cons of having more individuals over the age of 55 in the workforce. How do older adults benefit the workplacet? What might be some challenges they experience in the workplace? How might employment benefit the older adult? OR

(3) How does ageism impact an older adult’s ability to maintain gainful employment as they age? READ- wholeheartedly feel I can better understand the importance of ethical considerations in biomedical research by studying the history of research ethics. As a community, learning about these unethical practices in the past can help researchers and policymakers avoid making the same mistakes in the future and encourage them to prioritize ethical considerations in their work. It can also raise public awareness and increase transparency and accountability in biomedical research. There is ongoing discussion about the adequacy of current safeguards for human subjects in research. To protect human subjects in research, researchers and institutions should prioritize ethical considerations and follow regulatory guidelines such as the World Medical Association’s Declaration of Helsinki, the Belmont Report, and the Common Rule. Additional safeguards that could be implemented to protect human subjects in research include researchers making certain that participants fully understand the risks and benefits of participating in a study and provide adequate information about the study’s purpose, procedures, and goals (Gray et al., 2017).  Institutions should be more transparent about their research practices, and any violations of ethical standards should be held accountable. To avoid bias and ensure that research findings can be generalized to larger populations, researchers should strive to include participants from diverse backgrounds. Researchers and institutions should also constantly monitor and adjust their research practices to ensure they are in accordance with ethical guidelines (Ozano et al., 2020). Overall, protecting human subjects in research necessitates a multifaceted approach that includes ongoing monitoring, transparency, accountability, and adherence to ethical principles.

The plan will help create an enterprise key management system.

The CISO also wants you to come up with an enterprise key management policy that provides processes, procedures, rules of behavior, and training.

The new web-based system needs to be running in a month. So, you’ll have a week to put together your enterprise key management plan and the accompanying policy.

The main objective of this project is to recognize handwritten characters of English alphabets from A to Z using this dataset from the website- https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/sachinpatel21/az-handwritten-alphabets-in-csv-format/code

Skill sets required- Python, Datascience, and Machine Learning.

I only need the working code and the output with the following details

1) I will be giving either single or multiple handwritten alphabets in an image(.jpg or .png) format as input and the model should predict the complete output accordingly.

2) I also need a demo of the project so that I can understand, explain and execute the project in front of my professors.

3) The input to the model will be given randomly by the professor and then I need to process the input, execute and show the output to them.

4) The project should be accurate in predicting the alphabets.

5) Using OCR(Optical Character Recognition) technology which recognizes text within a digital image is recommended if possible. If not any other technology used is also fine. But need to recognize the alphabets with accuracy.

6) If any plotting or graphs can be included, that can be really helpful.
