The Board of Directors has requested a report that explains why each question on the questionnaire is being asked. They want to ensure that the questions encompass all aspects of a patient’s background. Your job is to review the questionnaire and write a report that explains why each question is being asked and how the information gathered from each question is helpful for the medical team

As a child caseworker, you are preparing for a job interview at a human services agency. As a part of the process, you must prepare a writing sample as this role requires written documentation. Additionally, the hiring manager wants to use the writing sample to assess each candidate’s understanding of developmental theory.

Instructions

The writing sample needs to be completed in Microsoft Word and include the following:

• Summarize Piaget’s Four Stages of Cognitive Development
• Summarize Erikson’s Eight Stages of Psychosocial Development
• Explain how understanding these theories are relevant to the role of a caseworker

 2. Fully discuss the concept of Biomes and the factors that contribute to their definition.  In addition, provide four well-developed sentences (in a listing and numbered format) relating to climate, location;, organisms, and human impact for EACH of the ten major terrestrial biomes.

3.  Compare and contrast at least five components of a freshwater ecosystem with those of a marine ecosystem.  

4.    Locate a website listing the threatened and endangered species of your state (or country, if you reside outside the USA) and provide the following information for five specpies of your choosing:  1.  Name of the species  2.  General information about your chosen species 3.  Reasons it is threatened or endangered and 5  current status of the species  

5.   What is an estuarine ecosystems.  Where are the major ones located?  Include research on their economic importance.  Also, identify at least three major causes of biodiversity loss in marine ecosystems.  Be sure to identify your sources.
